COMMUNITY CLASSES, WORKSHOPS AND EVENTS

The theme of ‘love’ was perfect for the workshop and I loved the selection of songs that Vicky had chosen to go with the theme. It was a great mix of movement and dance with also a chance to explore expression in dance. Vicky led the workshop really well and made everyone feel welcome, embraced and relaxed (Sarah) 🌟

Soulshine Dance lets me express myself in movement, and each time is different. I emerge at the end of the session in a different ‘place’ from where I entered the ‘dance’. Its an exploration, a journey and a meditation! Love it! Love Vicky! 🌟

It was a wonderful experience of dance, movement, freedom, joy, and deeper inner connection, guided by the wonderful Vicky who creates a safe and comfortable atmosphere for everyone to feel at ease. This is to give a personal “thank you” for a wonderful session. I am a very shy, body conscious persona and have been stiff to any movement.
