HI im Vicky

I have over 25 years experience of learning, teaching and performing dance and movement in a plethora of ways. I have been on a long journey of developing my own Dance since childhood. My work is inspired by all the many dance and movement trainings, classes and workshops I have attended in modalities such as Five Rhythmns, Contact Improvisation, Nia Technique, Biodanza, Groove, Dancing Mindfulness and much more!.  I love to help people dance to their full potential, embracing and loving their own unique way of moving.

I can help you discover your own special way of moving and enjoying your body.  Through easy tools, exercises, explorations and encouragement I can support you in building the confidence and courage you need to love your dance, alone and with others.

  • You will need to create some extra time for yourself alongside a deep desire and commitment to create change. This is very important. You will also need an open heart & mind. My hope and wish is for you to be happy and to enjoy your dance as much as you can.  I will do my best to help you get there!

  • No! These sessions are for all levels, from complete beginners to experienced movers.ription

  • That’s normal. We’ll go at your pace in a safe, supportive space.

  • Sessions are from 1 hour.

    Longer more in-depth sessions are available if you’d like to work with me for a couple of hours, a half or even a whole day (I could travel further for that )

    We can discuss this when we chat. I suggest a regular programme to create long-lasting change.

  • The initial 20 min zoom chat is FREE.

    Sessions are £50

    Blocks of 6 = £240

    Blocks of 4 - £180

    Cancelletion with 24hours

  • We will discuss this in our initial chat.

    If youd like an indoor space - I can hire The Barn, Barn Rise, Brighton BN1 5EE

    Weather permitting, we can meet at Withdean Park or some other private nature spots I know of.

    I can also travel to you if you have a suitable space (indoors or outside) (max 15mins drive from BN1).

    Another option is ONLINE.

  • Anything comfortable you can move in.

  • Contact me to arrange an initial chat via zoom.

    There we can get to know each other and you can tell me in what ways you need help.   I will then let know if I can help you or not and we can discuss having some sessions.
